We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered complete and in perfect condition. However, it may happen that your order doesn't meet your expectations. We're truly sorry if that's the case, and we completely understand.
Below you’ll find all the information you need to return your order.
If your item is damaged or something isn’t right, please contact our customer service. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue!
Return Policy:

You have 14 days to return your product without giving any reason, starting from the day you received it.

Items must be returned unused, in their original sealed packaging, with all labels still attached, undamaged and clean.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the order as soon as possible.
How to return your order:

Register your return by sending an email to info@hijabella.nl. Please include your order number, which product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
You will receive a confirmation email from us with the correct return address and a return form. -
Repack the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form in the package.

Attach the return address (sent via email) clearly to the outside of the package.

Drop off the parcel at your nearest PostNL location. You’ll receive a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code.
Please keep this receipt until your return has been fully processed.
