Returns
We do everything we can to deliver your order complete and in good condition. However, it may happen that your order does not meet your expectations. We find this very unfortunate, but we understand that this can happen. Below you will find all the information you need to return your order.
If the order is damaged or something is wrong, please contact our customer service . We will be happy to help you solve the problem!
Return procedure:
- You have 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day you receive the product.
- The product can only be returned unused (in original sealed packaging, with label still attached), undamaged and clean.
- When returning your order, you will be responsible for the return costs .
- After we have received your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the payment details known to us.
Step-by-step plan:
- Register your return by sending an email to Info@hijabella.nl stating your order number, which product(s) you want to return and the reason for your return. You will then receive an email from us with the correct return address and return form.
- Repack the products in the original packaging. Include the completed return form.
- Stick the return address on the package. You will receive this by email when you register your return.
- Then take the package to your nearest PostNL location. You can find it here . You will receive a shipping receipt with Track & Trace code at the PostNL location. Always keep the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed by us.
